Simple Effective Lemon Water Recipe
Here's a quick recipe for simple lemon water that will detox your body, burn fat, help you lose weight and improve your overall health with a bonus twist:

Lemon Water Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 250ml/8oz of water
- 1/2 a lemon
- *Bonus* 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Honey
- Get fill a glass with 250ml(8oz) of water.
- Take half a lemon and either use a juicer to extract juice into your glass or squeeze the lemon with the cut half facing up to prevent seeds from going into your glass.
- Use a mixing utensil of your choice such as a spoon to mix well.
- ***Bonus*** Try adding 1-2 tablespoons of organic honey and substituting 4oz/125ml of hot water to help melt the honey first, mix well, then add the other 4oz/125ml of cold water to cool it and mix again.
- Down that lemon water and get on with your day!
